If we find a COD product is defective, at our option, we will repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price of the product. COD is not responsible for products used commercially or for the effects of normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care.
COD makes no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. COD will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages caused by or resulting from the use or performance of COD products.
However, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
